  • you can hear it in his voice...

  • Informative vid.

  • Where's the rest of the video?

this has some good insight on posture.

i have horrible posture so im doing anything i can to learn how to make it better.

  • @RCD608 have you heard of "the alexander technique"? look it up; i think you will find it helpful :)

  • @lessmessful my shoulders look to be the same weight when i'm standing in front of a mirror. but when i go to the gym and get on a treadmill i see myself in a mirror and it looks like one shoulder is higher than the other.

    and i don't understand why

  • Acuclips will activate acupoints and meridians for longe time. Recomend for chiropractics.

  • great video.. good information on posture analysis... im a Fitness Professional, Thanks

  • Am I the only one that sees the family resemblance in their faces? Could she be his daughter?

  • Prettty

  • he was handling her like a rag doll

  • ☺☺☺ ^_^

  • and also again

  • nice...

  • I couldn't hear anything over the black bra and panties.

  • Wow, he has his own lifesized Barbie doll. So realistic.

  • Thanks to this video I now understand why my right shoulder is bothering me. Its rotated inwards. Now the problem is finding out how to fix this problem.

  • @Artfulmuse24 : you know how how a traffic policeman would stop traffic at the lights.. so hold your arm out to the side but with your hand up like you're saying stop.. so your bicep is horizontal and your fore-arm is vertical hand facing forward.. then rotate your forearm down so your arm is now straight with hand sticking out..THEN try and point all your fingers and hand backwards,, you should feel a stretch,, you can use a wall to put your hand against, good nerve stretch, good luck

  • @Artfulmuse24 find a good massage therapist

  • look at HIS OWN posture!!

  • nice

  • First time I see such an informative video. What would be the correct posture for the shoulders? How straight should you stand?

  • the internal/ external femur rotation and eversion/ inversion of the feet are not frontal plane deviations. A more complete eval would show those in a coronal or top view assessment. But a little hard to mount the camera to the ceiling pointing downward

  • whats the evaluation for - just stumbling on this vid you have no idea

  • how old is the girl anw

  • I used to slouch a lot when I was a teenager so no I'm very self conscience about my posture. I think I could benefit from an evaluation such as this.

  • Tanning is basically the skin's defense mechanism against uv radiation.

And some people do produce little to no melanin in response to uv radiation, i.e. very fair skinned people. They will most likely burn in the sun and are at the highest risk of skin cancer.

Secondly UVA rays penetrate beyond the epidermis into the lower dermal layers of skin. This can cause PERMANENT damage to the cells DNA structure that may lead to premature skin ageing and even skin cancer.

  • I have to admit the only reason I watched this video is because I saw a Semi-Naked Lady!

Is There something Wrong with Me?

  • a little bit but not really =P

depends how old you are =D

  • haha me too .

  • Fryersmuck-

No, buddy. There's nothing wrong with you. Why do you think this video has a quarter of a million views? Because everyone wants to watch posture videos on YT? Ummm... no.

  • @Fryersmuck

    Yes, you are wrong ..pervert

  • @Fryersmuck yes.

  • @Fryersmuck is that a trick question?

  • @Fryersmuck No

  • very helpful- straighforward, clear. I hope you teach!

  • god she's cute!

  • لقثشف

  • Is this girl scared?

  • I don't get the whole need a tan thing. They look tacky. Pale skin is pretty, no?

    good tips.

  • Fair skin is pretty on a lady.

  • yeah i thing tans look tacky too. I don't think most people feel like i do though. People with naturally fair skin look better without a tan and it is healthier.

  • finally someone with common sense! thank you for saying what i wanted to say

  • Vitamin D comes from tanning in the sun, so having a tan is healthier. So I think you guys have it backwards.

  • having a tan is NOT healthy. yes you need vitamin D and you receive this from sunlight, but this should only be in small doses. your skin darkens because it's physical damage as you're irradiating your skin. the damage is permanent.

  • lol, you're not irradiating your skin. your skin darkens because melanocytes produce a pigment called melanin. melanin is what protects your skin cells' DNA from UV damage, so in fact very gradually building a natural tan is the best way to protect your skin. moreover, any damage is not permanent as the only layer of the skin that is discolored is the epidermis which is constantly shed and renewed - when you tan, are you tanned forever? talk about a science fail...

  • What, you tan forever? Well then how do you explain that I'm white after the summer months each year AND have 4 skin cancers removed already. Yep! Tans look great and add a few scabby looking sores on top. Even more lovely! Still, it's all about the looks hey. Afterall, what else is there to life, but to try and be sexy right?

  • for saying what NEEDED to be said!!!

    amen and hallelujah!!! lol

  • i think really fair skin like this is kinda gross..humans look regular with a nice slight tan not to dark. It's not like we werent supposed to spend time in the shade or inside all day.

  • well it depends on your skin type, clothes, etc.

  • Regular by whose standards? What is normal defined as? Just because you think that people look better with a slight tan doesn't mean that everyone does. Some people (such as myself) can't go into sunlight because in less than 10 minutes we burn. There is nothing wrong with pale skin, just because having tan skin "looks better." What a dumbass schemas. "Normal" is different for everyone, sorry to come off as an ass but who are you to define what normal is?

  • what if your confined to a wheelchair

  • This video raised my posture

  • This girl pretty much has the perfect body.

  • Yeah, for a 8 year old chick.

  • her hips are pretty wide for an eight-year-old.

  • some tan wouldn't hurt

  • @wheredidallthepeople no..body is perfect :) Different Strokes for Different Folks.

  • buen atrapa-peo hahaha

  • what if you have scoliosis?

  • You mention that the legs might rotate outwards sometimes in runners. Over the last year or so i have noticed my right leg has been doing that. I did play soccer for many years when i was younger. Is this something that could cause me some harm later down the road? and is it something that i need to have looked into/corrected? thanks.

  • wow...nice hips, baby!

  • I was just going to say that!

  • me 2

  • maaan... and I thought slouching was a big deal!

  • u need some sun girl

  • This is really excellent. What stretches would I need to do if my shoulders were funny...? like turning inwards as you demonstrated.

  • This Guy is excellent...5stars

  • forwarded shoulder could possibly also be related to tightness in the subscapularis muscle on the anterior scapula... Lateral rotation of the femur is also coming from tightness in the IT band in the lateral femur, which is also creating antagonistic pull on the medial thigh muscles, the adductors... just a thought - For more information, check out Structural Integration, or Rolfing like some people call it.

  • genius!

  • This is some of the best material found on YouTube!

  • very specific. good job man , 5 stars
