B/c of prejudice & ignorance, so many ppl deny having African roots or get offended or angry when ppl point out that their heritage shows a history of black ancestory. Many hispanics, including middle easterns & caucasians deny their African roots but if u carefully do extensive research (including submitting a blood sample 4 a voluntary DNA sample) u will discover the percentage of African DNA in ur body. Not ALL ppl have a high percentage of African DNA, it may be low, but it's still there

Btw, I'm puerto rican but I know my history & I'm light skinned w/ blue eyes & long flowing hair but I don't excuse or dismiss my knowledge just b/c of my physical appearance. I know I have African, European & Indian blood. I'm not 1 of those prejudice puerto ricans who is afraid 2 admit that I have black blood. Latinos are also like blacks b/c thy come in all colors.
