They only smell if you don't feed them the right food, clean them out regularly with regular bed changes and if they aren't neutered.

omg morons i had 28 kits between 2 gills 2 yrs ago n we touched them the day they wer born that way they will never ever bite unless they start to be seriously mistreated and the mothers used to just sit ther n watch us hold them we could even walk around with them but after 5mins they would climb out ther cage n climb up our legs 2 get the kit so we put them bak she didnt mind
