@megapeggs once you acquire a fortify attribute spell no matter what it may be, you will be able to enchant to create a spell that fortifies any attribute. same thing happens with fortify skill.

@megapeggs if u have a constant effect on u like the sign of the steed then u get fortify atribute. Try to do the quest w/ the gray prince in the arena. The reward should unlock fortify atribute

with teekus you need to do fingers of the mountain, just get the book and give it to him, talk to the lady then refuse her offer to get it back, then you have the reccomendation

The easiest way is probably to make your way to Periyites Shrine and attack his frozen followers, they don't attack back and it won't give you a bounty, if you don't know where Periyites Shrine is you should probably look it up :)

my guy magicka is so high I can cast a 100 point fire, frost, shock, and soul trap spell a 100 feet without much lost to it and i can carry like 2000 weight

I got a transcendent sigil stone which can fortify magicka by 50 and duplicated it a whole lot and some rings and enchanted them each with different names like m0001 because after doing it u cant equip the item again anyway you duplicate the enchanted ring once so u have 2 equip 1 then try n duplicate the unequipped ring birth will be remove from the inventory but its effect won't. I use the scroll dupe. method

@alhdragon it dosent work with magica you need to upgrade your intelligence for extra magic im a nord with 1500 magicka because i used intell agence

Did you even play the game? if you did you would know you have to get recommendations from ALL the mages guilds recommend doing Cheydinhal first cause its the easiest one to do
