Hey, I don't agree with the description at all... I'm from Meriden and around here it is pretty bad and the Cops are way too busy to give a shit about normal little things. Most of the time, you can get away with speeding around here or any little stupid thing because there is too much drug and theft problems that the cops have to deal with. This is my home town, and I've never seen, or heard of drag racing in that area. That's just me. I do see people spin their tires often, but I could see it being an accident if he wasn't used to the car. No matter how he drove, or what he said after, he should not have been treated that way by people who should be protecting us. The police were just mad he was a little rich kid, driving Daddy's car. I accidentally chirped my tires in front of a cop that let me pull out into traffic because he was sitting at a light waiting for it to change. I simply stopped my truck and told him I did not mean to do it and he said he knew it was an accident. I bet this little punk was running his mouth from jump street.
