it's really not a hard case.
They aren't giving you back the money because the suit was altered for you.
Do you have how it was suppose to be altered written anywhere? If not, how was the "suit a mess"?
If you can show any of these to convince a judge that Lior messed up, you can file a small claims court case to get your money back.
