Politically I am far to the right of Prof Winick, but I always respected him for his honesty and fairness, probably more than any other professor I had at UM Law, even the few conservative professors I had. I thought he was a wonderful teacher as well and after being lucky enough to have him as a first year, was even luckier to have him for Constitutional Law II. These videos just help me to appreciate him more.
