If there is a God why does choose to help some people that are rock bottom and not others? Not too long ago a homeless man helped a woman that was being mugged and in the process ended up getting stabbed. He ran after the man but collapsed on the floor shortly after. People walked passed him as he was bleeding to death for hours and not one person stopped to help. Not even the woman he rescued. By the time paramedics arrived he was already dead. Where was God then?

@mismaxi1 Gods hand is on Ted Williams giveing him the gift of sobriety. His mother lived this long for an amazeing reunion. No man is without sin. I pray that Teds mother lives long enough to regain trust in Ted The only difference between Ted and other recovering addicts is that Ted did not have the resources to drink himself to death like many other people. So Ted was a poor addict instead of a rich one.

You can take a person to rehab all you want but if they don't do it for themselves then youre wasting youre time. The most compelling thing about this video is the fact that Ted and his mother are so completely oblivious to the vulturesqe media around them and are still able to pour their hearts out and catch up after 20 years of being apart.
