A fantastic song! I grew up in the Pgh area and I used to listen to I Wanna Chance on the Porky Chedwick show in the mid-60s. Great song and nice to see a post from Helen Simpson. I do not know how well your song did elsewhere but you were a big hit in Pittsburgh for years!

Wow, I never expected to hear from the actual artist. I'm just a music fan in Pittsburgh, who has enjoyed listening to your song for many years. I hope you don't mind that I posted it. It was very popular here in Pittsburgh, and they still play it frequently on the Sunday night oldies show on radio station WWSW.

Hello Ms Jackson. This is one of the great songs and it's true, Pittsburgher's love it! I have great memories slow dances at high school dances in the early 60's to this great tune.
