However, I think most people are fan boys and can't respect anything they are not biased towards. Minis kick ass, I have driven a few and for what they are, they deliver VERY well. If they built one with Honda reliability and low cost of ownership... But I know first hand BMW service costs so no thanks

@glock19x300 well the best part for us here in Michigan that own MINIs, is that we have Detroit Tuned which is a guy that doesn't ask for crazy prices like dealers but works on MINIs and knows them like the back of his head. But in some States that would suck if some of them aren't dependable, I am one of the lucky ones I guess because this one is my second. I've always been intrigued by the Honda Civic Si Mugen before MINIs, which is awesome in blue!!

If this one has all the things its claiming, this minis making 240hp+ (crank HP). While I prefer the mini, the type s is surprisingly fast.... and if you don't cut the flippin springs handles very well too.

Well the MINI isn't supposed to be put through a drag race. Take take same two cars and put them to a track or a downhill and the MINI would beat most other cars.

Besides, the MINI basically kept up with the RSX, give or take a foot or two. Also, the Cooper S probably had a 15 supercharger with regulation bullshit, compared to the RSX turbo. _robably.
