I've always had Collies for a dog, but my Girlfriend has 2 boxers and they are adorable and now I think they are beautiful dogs. One of them is year and quater old and is the same colour as Desi. But she is called Tess and we call her Tessi so it sounds the same lol. The other boxer, Tia is 4 and brown coat.

cute dog, too bad about the tail. People should use their brains. Dogs are born with tails so let them keep their tails ffs. I've said this before but if we want to start a new kind of human beings, lets chop off one leg of every baby that is born from now on. See if they like it... It really pisses me off. Whats the reason anyway for the short tail? If it's only for the looks I dont get it because you are looking right at their asses without the tail so its not for the looks...someone tell me

@kaikaz Actually, its a medical procedure for a boxer to have their tail cut. They're very happy dogs, and tend to wag their tails ALOT. The bone that supports their tails at the nub can break very easily so it's recommended that they get cut a while after they are born. Therefore the bone is still soft and doesn't hurt them at all. Now for ear cropping, I don't support that at all. It is normally only a dog show thing but some people do it for the looks. It can leave damage if not done right.

@guppietank15 As long as you take care of it and get regular check ups, it should cost about the same as you would on any other dog. I've had 3 boxers, and the only one that got really sick was our girl, Zena. She was a little older and we miss her, but she was a great dog.
