@classicmusic4718 You have obviously never played diablo. Before wow came out diablo was god. The only reason wow took over was because diablo 3 took ten years to develop. The game is not about the graphics. And please, these graphics are actually better then wows just a different perspective because its a action RPG. Means you do a lot more ass kicking and requires precise timing and skill.

It never was ment to be balanced, and the classes wont be changed to balance the game. Every char has its own pros and cons, and it wont change for the sake of pvp. Diablo was intended as a pve game, and the pvp in it is minor.

@DifferentNow Dude, If you have never played diablo, give it a chance. It has much more to offer then you think. The substance of the game doesn't come from the world like in wow. It comes from the incredeible battle and loot system. Think of how vast wow is then relate that to how vast the combat and loot system is in diablo. It takes away the pain of boring level grinding and makes combat always exciting and ever changing. There are so many combination's of skills and character growth

@DifferentNow No problem man. I mean do the math, diablo 2 has been up and running for 10 years and still has yet to have a action rpg come close to it. I still play it. People still buy stuff for it daily and spend hundreds of dollars just to get back into dueling. Its that addicting. It requires skill and good equipment, but good skill will always win as long as you have decent equipment. You actually have to aim and use spells wisely.

@DifferentNow Vice versa, If i am an amazon I will level my dex high as hell so i hit rating his higher than anyones defense. I can than use multi arrow( maxed is 24 arrows) which hits everything in front of me, even fully decked out barbarians and pallies with like 20k def. This keeps sorcs and necs away unless they are smart. I also have straff which is like a machine gun affect for close range that is nasty if you have a high attack rating with the knockback effect. Keeps people away.

@DifferentNow If you start playing you wont be able to duel unless you buy stuff. D3 is to close and it takes forever to find good enough gear to duel in d2. When you make a character and get it to hell. Type in duel, or duels, or dueling. These games are always running in hell. Watch those people duel and you will see how much depth this game has to offer.

@harmony01981 Blizzard didnt make diablo II, Blizzard North did ... which was a company purchased by blizzard before the first release of diablo I and then ultimatly Diablo II and LOD. Blizzard North "Resigned" after LOD. There was no company reinforcing diablo II after LOD which is why it was hacked so much. Its not that Blizzard didnt give a shit there was not anyone to care for the game.
