  • A lot of people don't care whether social security or anything else is constitutional. I can sympathize, we didn't write the constitution so why should it be forced on us? But it's better to demonstrate how these programs don't help and actually hurt people more. Beyond that there's just a lot of people who simply don't care what the truth is, they just go with what they want to believe.

  • Wow... I'm gonna read the whole website TomWoods.com right now. Time me, I'll be right back.

  • I can only think of two consistencies. One of them is Ron Paul, the other is misconception.

  • MINOR

    v.

    HAPPERSETT.

    Supreme Court, October Term, 1874

"it was never doubted that all children born in a country of PARENTS who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners"

Under the 1948 Act, CUKC status was acquired by

legitimate descent from a CUKC father for children born elsewhere. Only the first generation acquired British nationality AUTOMATTICLY

Kenya was a UK Colony in 1961

  • Awesome, thanks

  • Wow, it's really nice you take the time to refute these types of allegation. When you visit certain social networks with a political flavor and it's even worse. Misquotes, editing and blatant lies are just being chucked out there. And since a lot of people don't even bother to verify sources or even question anything, then propaganda sometimes plants it's seed of ignorance in 'innocent' minds. Maybe you prevented a few of these seeds to take root!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • Haha, I was expecting a negative video on Ron Paul and I was waiting for the hate comments and the like/dislike bar to be as red as Rebecca Black's.

  • gold standard is amazing. a quarter from the 50s could still buy a pack of cigs in certain states.

  • Tom Woods is an American Icon...

  • Ron Paul stands by constitutional believe and America stands with him.

  • the gold standard thing is actually a point of contention among libertarians. Is Ron Paul for the gold standard or for currency competition? The gold standard is constitutional. Currency competition is a free market fundamental. When the constitution conflicts with the free market, where does Ron Paul stand?

  • @hallavast lets get back to something stable and tinker with it when its in a better fundamental position. A gold standard is by far better then what we have at the moment!

  • @hallavast Why not both? Government-issued currency should be gold-backed, but people are still free to use other currencies.

  • @shamgar001 It's a matter of the legal tender issue. When you pay somebody in dollars, they aren't free to say "no you have to pay me in gold.". If you try to pay someone in gold, they can say "cash only". This gives USD a competitive advantage that has virtually eliminated all other competition. If you want a free money market, the government has to shut up and let people figure out what they want to use as a currency and write it into their contracts for themselves.

  • @hallavast I wholeheartedly agree. I mean have a gold standard for treasury notes AND no legal tender laws.

  • The people are rising. Our freedoms and rights will be restored. Even if Ron Paul isn't president. True power is within the people. Always remember that.

  • Thank you Tom, For Truth and Honesty in government. RON PAUL 2012 !!!

  • Ron Paul all the way. When the establishment (who have done a great job of f'ing up the globe) say don't do something, DO IT, do it with all the might you have :) Peace

  • We've been volted!

  • "5 Things You Should Know About Ron Paul The Abridged Version"

    1) Save America

    2) Save America

    3) Save America

    5) Gold standard, Kick the Cr@p outta everyone else

  • Seems that only one candidate actually listens to the news, and Ron Paul is acknowledging the problems. Since the majority wish to ignore the dishonesty and theft which has been going on, the plunder will continue to destroy the United States, and no one will stop it. The national parks and other public treasures and trusts will be sold to foreign holders of the dollar, and the USA will never recover a "the buck stops here" policy ever again. What a crying shame, as constitution is jettisoned!

  • Democrats don't refute, they state.

  • Independents for Ron Paul.

  • @MOXWELLDIAMOND America for Ron Paul

  • The demopubs and republicrats are equally useless in our current government. Ron Paul is the only real solution and he doesn't fit in with either of these clubs. I don't understand why Tom is playing the dem/repub argument when that's not RP's thing. It's not about right/left, it's about what's right and wrong. Republicans used to be about smaller government but not anymore. Now it's all the same, regardless of what their campaign promises or party might be.

  • The more and more I hear of who Ron Paul is being treated like shit by media and both parties without evidence he's a bad guy I feel he might be the only one who isn't in on the scam the gov is doing to our currency and liberties Ron Paul's stock is growing with me the more I hear about the guy

  • Don't forget about the people who have been affected the most by inflation. Don't hyperinflate our servitude of one dictator into servitude of more dictators...with Liberty and Justice for ALL.

  • Thanks for all your work in defending this great American hero, Tom!!

Ron Paul is the Peace candidate in 2012

Ron Paul is the Economy candidate in 2012

Ron Paul is the Liberty candidate in 2012

Democrats, where do you really stand on the issues? Obama doesn't understand the ideals that America was founded upon!

  • @sotthapana today's democrats don't care about imperialism, the welfare-warfare state, how the governance is structured, even if they have a voice---they just want stuff. Their understanding of "the constitution" is what they were taught (that they "deserve" the state to give them a nice life.) the republicans just are militarist-corporatist in the military-medical industrial complex, wanting health care for pharm companies. So, it's welfare-statist-fascist and leftist all together. sad

  • your awsome man

  • 999 plan is actually 18 9 9 plan since employers can't deduct labor costs so pay an extra 9% over the already 9% that the employees paid.

  • @2100v Oh man! thanx for that point, I had totally overlooked it, and was way too focused on pointing out it's negative effects on the retail side.

  • I would say how does you 999 plan fix the cause of the financial crisis? Everything else sounds good.

  • 'Fringe', 'extreme', 'crazy', blah, blah, blah.

  • Killing babies, children, families, dreams, & traditions around the world is not the american way. Ron Paul will stop it. Give him the power! Give freedom a chance! What goes around come's around.

  • Didn't this douchecopter Paul have some rather pricey earmarks attached to his name? His congressional district gets a lot of federal money. Way to lead by example....

  • Obama needs to be impeached to slow down the federal reserve, there is enough evidence by the way. Ron Paul has the fed's on the run, they are moving quicker now. We don't have time to wait for an election. Now before we get Ron Paul haters at me, remember he will have to power to get the troops home, he will need help to fully edit the feds, and to rid us of the IRS and CIA which believe they are about the law. Give Liberty or give me death.

  • You can always see who they fear; the fact is anyone that does not want socialist/communist country is bad as far as they are concerned.

  • Having a tie doesn't make one smart.

  • Fuck the Constitution. It was made by rich, land owning, slave owning, British trained lawyers who designed it to cater to the money class.

  • @ttketb666 That's stay stupid, it is ok we will pull your load anyway and keep you free. If you want to be unfree just go out and smash a window or something. Meanwhile we are going to continue to fight for liberty and the Constitution. I can't even imagine your American actually.

  • @johnnycmajor Awesome straw man fallacy! Pretty good either/or fallacy too. Ever read An Economic Interpretation of the United States Constitution? It was written by Charles Beard, a leading historian of his time. It's a good read.

Also, I do not consider myself an American. I am a citizen of the world, and I do not feel entitled to the success of a nation simply because I was born into it. And the right hated entitlements?

  • @ttketb666 **** And I thought that the right hated entitlements?

  • @ttketb666 I too am looking into the freeman's life. good for you and it takes a lot to understand the whole deal. What I have seen and read I agree. However on the other side of the coin I feel for the straw men, in America that are getting the big stick. Not many will have the time to understand the freeman way and common law. There is no time left for America they must at least to start with destroy this federal reserve. Thanks for the lead on Charles Beard I will look it up.

  • @johnnycmajor I also am going to the next meeting of freeman in my area.

  • @ttketb666 I apologize I was a little too quick to judge. Your a good man.

  • this guy uses the word OBVIOUSLY ......THIS DOESNT MAKE IT A FACT THIS IS A MEDIA TERM TO CONVINCE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS FACT...RON PAUL FOR 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Beware the Drone assanation President YoMama

  • I am dem but voting Ron I am not stupid

  • You can justify anything with the libertarian philosophy, so long as you do it in the name of capitalism. Taxation is slavery, but the de facto slavery that factory workers of the 19th century is not? Hide in the moral ambiguity of you messiac doctor, kooks.

  • @ttketb666 That is monopoly, which is anticapitalist (as it is a form of collectivism) and anti libertarian (as they can only stay a monopoly with government toadies.

And if you were up on your history, you would remember that the "robber barons" had a large portion of DC bought, which is why TR had to be the Trust buster. (as the office of the Pres wouldnt have allowed him to take out all the horrible regs, he could only cripple the monopolists.)

  • @Rensune Missed my point. I was referring to the working conditions that the people faced. Nowadays the companies that people work for in our K-Mart economy tell their employees how to dress and talk, but I suppose it isn't fascism if the private sector does it. The real freeloaders and collateral babies will get their just desserts soon enough, and Ron Paul will not save you.

  • @ttketb666 And Being owned by banks through debt bondage by banks backed by the FDIC (once again not libertarian) and the welfare system (Welfare, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid) for the rest, you think most of the people in this country are free?

I'll take a uniform with a job without complaint. Not really owning my house or car (or most of my possessions, as under debt or direct government bondage they can be taken) is a direct sign of ownership, but most don't care. Bread and Circus!

  • @Rensune According to whose definition of libertarianism? Your own? Perhaps if we regulated the banks or nationalized them such things would no longer happen? But no, that would violate the libertarian dogma. And "your" house? That is on land that was probably at one time was owned by a native American tribe or by Mexico? This entire countries founding is a complete contradiction of the libertarian philosophy

  • country's*****

  • Unless you are under 30, you are well entrenched in SS and don't want to be ripped off for all the money you ALREADY paid into it.

  • @christo930 No smart people like me at 57 realize there is no money in SS they have been stealing it sense Lindon Johnson put it in the general fund. It does not take in what it spends . It is a Ponzi-Scheam but I hate Rick Gardisil Perry. Ron Paul is the only candidate my entire family will vote for. He just won the Fox News debate and they took the poll down. I have the Ron Paul song on my page the one from MTV. American Imperialism must be stopped now. Chicken Hawks are killing our kids

  • look at the past 3 presidents...pathetic...how could the usa peeps allow those idiots to get into power...if ron paul does not get into power..the usa will get another moron as its president..!..so vote for ron paul..

  • Ron Paul vs. Big Brother 2012

    news LibertyPoet(dot)com

6 MINUTES LEFT: COME ON AND DONATE

    revolutionpac . com

  • Go Ron Paul! but,3:34 recessions and depressions in 19th century.... If he means the Great depression in 1929 than that's in the 20th century...

  • Amen brotha

  • If Libertarianism is extreme, then a good % of the GOP is extreme and nope. Libertarianism is government do little and individual do much -that is Fringe?

Many look back at Goldwater and wish we had elected him over LBJ.

  • Dems for Ron Paul. The last good Dem President Was JFK.

  • @BlakeFalling The last good GOP president was Lincoln.

  • @andhehorseurodeinon Nope, Lincoln was wrong in starting the civil war.

  • @BlakeFalling I'll rephrase that. The last good President was JFK.

  • @slumberingsam lol I guess you could say that too now that I think of it.

  • @BlakeFalling

Register republican online to vote for ron paul..

There is a list with the link for a register page for each state on daily paul dot com

  • @0bn0x10u2 I actually did visit my town center and they told me if I stay "Un Enrolled" I can vote for him in the primaries.

  • @BlakeFalling No he wasn't. He was just a darling of the media. He got us in Vietnam for petes sake. read your history and don't believe the hype.

  • @davehutchinson67 And the bay of pigs. Your right he did fuck up on a few things. though from what I see his accomplishments make of for them... Kinda... lol.

  • RON PAUL JUST CAN,T LOOSE WEATHER WE ELECT HIM OR COMMING MARSHING UP ALONG THE STREETS LIKE THE FRENCH DID 14 OF JULY BACK IN 1789 IN BOTH CASES THE WINNER IS STILL PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ron Paul is the man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like this guy; He actually breaks it down in a simple way so all can understand, if they choose to not ignore the TRUE FACTS!

Not because he has Ron's back, but because he uses the true facts and shows how the left twist words to suit their aganda, not what they actually mean!

    Good Vid!

RON PAUL 2012 ! Because he is the RIGHT CHOICE and knows what AMERICANS believe!

  • al you idiots thought obama was such a great choice. dont make the same decision with ron paul.

  • @TheShootTruth10 Ermmm... No... We did not vote for Obama. We've supported Ron Paul all along, as he's the only person who stands up for individual liberty and free society, limited government, the Constitution and the free market system.

  • @defacto109 this election ron paul has got supporters who never supported him. not saying all are. ron paul talks a good one though.

  • ron paul's crazy ideas are sounding good now because everyone elses plans are not in the mix working. just like the great football team when a QB has a bad game they want to bench him but keep him (regular caninidates) in their to fix out their problems.

  • Thanks Tom for pointing out all of the big fat lies! RON PAUL 2012

  • The USA is being ruled by the large corporations, their corrupt puppets the politicians and last but not least the"Banksters".

  • Ron Paul popularity is dominating the internet. If you didn't vote last time, register repub. if you have to in your state and vote for Ron Paul.

  • Ron Paul for Liberty! 2012

  • i'm pretty far to the left and I support RP. The democrats are a joke.

  • RON PAUL 2012

The time has come for the truth. The people will prevail!

  • As a Democrat I support Ron Paul. If you're a Democrat who feels the same way, then please don't be afraid to follow your principles instead of your party. You have a right to choose who you decide to support, that's one of the things I love about this country.

  • Haha 'fringe candidate'. If reality is stranger than fiction, our reality have gone way past that. What's fringe again?

  • I LIKE RON PAUL OKAY " I LIKE MR PAUL " " BUT " HIS PEOPLE ARE NUTS JUST NUTS AND IF YOU ASK TO KNOW MORE " THEY CALL YOU EVERY BAD NAME UNDER THE SUN " HE IS JUST A MAN NOT JESUS " LOVE ALL THE PEOPLE RUNNING AND TRY TO GET YOUR BEST "

  • @stonethugmusic Maybe it's the caps...

  • LIBERTARIANMONARCHY . COM

  • ok, good. you are defending Ron Paul. your sarcasm in your other videos confused your stance in support of Ron Paul.

    - if possible could you keep your points short and to the point.

i would love to circulate your videos but anything longer than 7 min on youtube is a no no ;)

  • @jasetriplett people have short attention spans :) must be something in the water but my mind wondered off before i heard what it was :)

  • @ThomasJeffersonMan , im just glad he's up there defending good ol'Ron ;) i hope i wasn't too mean with my comment.

  • @jasetriplett not at all. in fact my mind didn't really wonder b4 i heard what was in the water. all manner of poison and mind destroying, cancer causing, and in the case of men sperm reducing substances. radioactive partitcals that are intentionally put in along with our "meds" and the works. Why won't Ron Paul just realize the government has us well taken care of.

  • @ThomasJeffersonMan haha, yes sir, our government is really taking care of us in their own special ways.

    - are you referring to other substances amongst flouride ? I'm curious to learn what other new chemicals their sneaking in to us. thanks ;)

  • @jasetriplett well I do know the fluoride they use in our water is coming from depleted uranium mines and IS radioactive. many believe this is the leading cause among other things for the lowering testosterone levels in today's male population. Also I heard but haven't personally confirmed that they are installing injectors in the plumbing so they can now chose which house gets how much of what. for real information with sources, try InfoWars.com and Prison Planet.com listen to Alex Jones

  • @jasetriplett

PS didn't have room to mention but youtube banned the posting of Prison Planet.com without a space between Prison and Planet. if you try to post it you just get an error message. find out why they don't won't you to see it :) Prison(no space)Planet.com

  • @ThomasJeffersonMan thank you for all the info sir. i'll also mention to you, that as of yesterday, i am not able to visit your reply notices links that are automatically generated from youtube to gmail. i have to manually find the comments i made in my history in order to respond to you. you see, i'm actively fighting against the military build-up here in Guam with visual media much like how you are doing; since my activity i've been getting a lot of issues with gmail and my internet phone.

  • ,,thank you for your service to our country Tom.

    RP2012!...Duh

  • Check out Ron Paul's "International, Unlimited Contribution, Super-Money-Bomb" @ revolutionpac.

  • snore

  • Does a progressive tax violate the equal protection cluase of the 14th amendment? Also, is it internally consistent to simultaneously advocate both progessive taxation and flat representation?

  • Ron Paul is good But Bernie Sanders is Awsome

  • I'm a democrat, and I love this guy, he is so right. I will not blindly follow the democrats just because I have always voted that way.

  • AT&T would hate Ron Paul because they don't like competition. I hope that merger fails and so far what I am reading it seems as though it will not go through.

  • Dr. Paul is a man of integrity who lives what he believes. His is honest, consistant, and cannot be bought. That's why 'they' hate him.

  • Hell, If another politician from either party was anywhere near as honest as Dr. Paul the world would implode.

  • Ron Paul the peoples choice .Media will make it look like he don't have a chance to win.

  • AND COME ON ALL YOU WHO GO ROUND & ROUND WITH THESE MADMEN IN DC FOR A LIVING! ! ! ! ! THEY SLID THE DEMISE OF OUR REPUBLIC IN THIS "DEBT CEILING HIKE" WITH THIS SUPER CONGRESS......SUPER DICTATORSHIP RIGHT IN OUR FACES! I'm not sure RON PAUL CAN WIN THE POTUS POSITION......WHEN "THEY" GOT IT RIGGGGGGED ! LETS DO THIS THINGGGGGGG !

  • The times they are a CHANGING!~

  • 10 % flat tax would be awesome.. imagine how much money would stay in the country that would have been send offshore.. than it wouldnt be worth all the hassle you have to go through now to bring your money into a tax heaven

  • i agree with alot of what you said except for what you said about the FED and the democrats not talking about it you forgot about "Dennis Kucinich"

  • @Jihadisoulz I agree, Dennis also have voted for a more consitutional approch. I would Love to see a Ron Paul/Dennis Ticket.

  • Seems like every conservative I meet thinks "Austrian" is an ethnicity. Feelsbadman.

  • The FED actually should owe the taxpayers a lot of money. Why? The constitution states that only congress can coin money. Yet this privilege has been passed onto the FED which is not even part of our government. The FED is a privately owned and ran. FED is printing money out of thin air and then charging us (taxpayers) a interest on that debt. SHOULDN'T WE BE THE ONE CHARGING THE "FED" A FEE JUST TO HAVE THAT PRIVILEGE? If anyone else did it, it would be consider illegal+counterfeit.

  • I remember the media made fun of Ross Perot and his ears.. Remember? People around me even laughed when I told them Ross Perot agenda is interesting and I would definitely consider voting for him. Instead people voted for Clinton cause he was a pretty boy, spoke better than Ross, and can play jazz. At the time I thought ..wow, if that is the way people are basing their vote... this country is in for a hard time downhill.

  • @MrSeriouslynot I knew Clinton was a GLOBALIST neo-CON even back then,ROSS PEROT MADE MORE SENSE THAN ANY OF THEM,but not to sure of his agenda either.BUT I'm telling ya THESE ELECTIONS ARE RIGGED! there has been congressional testimony from programmers ADMITTING TO PROGRAMING VOTES! OBVIOUS since WILSON WHO USHERED IN THE CRIMINAL CENTRAL BANKERS! JFK WANTED TO SHUT EM DOWN &LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO HIM & JAMES GARFIELD ETCETC! WHATS THE HOLD UP? ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL GET RID OF EM!

  • How many "just might" before someone says it is just obvious.

  • I subscribed. Well thought out and presented. I have been a Ron Paul supporter since the '80s and watched this movement grow over the years. Why it has taken so long for people to wake up is beyond me. This time I think we really have a shot.

  • We should have listened to Ron Paul during his 1998 bid for president. We would have had a two term president and we wouldn't be knee deep in poop with all the obscene spending and war mongering we've experienced. I wish both party sheeple would wake up and smell the deep sheeple _ _ _ _ we're fighting like mad to stop!

  • I knew a democrat university graduate. I was in the passenger seat of her Honda Civic, she was driving 50 mph on the interstate while people passed us on both sides and nearly rear ended us going the 75 mph speed limit. I told her that this was dangerous and she said, "50 mph is fast enough!" and then signaled and looked over her shoulder. I closed my eyes and accepted the fact that I was going to die, trapped in a car with a democrat. 2 years later, Obama was elected.

  • Sub'd! I've never heard of Tom Woods before, but suddenly I want him running my government.

  • @eveRideorg Tom Woods is a great man.

  • You have a good sense of humor.

  • You've got my subscription!
