This machine is for shredding tree branches (slash) and brush leftover from logging operations. Probably mounts on the end of an excavator arm and runs off the machine's hydraulics. They just shredded the minivan to show how tough it is. Too bad about the vinyl, antifreeze, and probably oil it blew all over the place.
