I have a dumb question, but why do some eclipses have a higher spoiler? Like my 95 gs has a lower one that sits on the side part to and not just the trunk like this one.

@wherewordskill The highrise spoilers are like the defining mark for the turbo models (aka) gsx and gst i have a boosted gs and i put the spoiler on and molded the mini wings from the gs into it looks pretty cool the hatch has the holes for the spoiler swap it looks good!

@Red97Avenger actually its externally gated. i had a 38mm tial plasma cutted and welded to the hotside..and yea i talked of getting it tuned and i did...i tuned it with an safc. i dont have the car anymore i sold it a year ago.

with that intercooler in there do u have any trouble with over heating in the summer cuz it sorta blocks the main way air gets to the radiator? cuz i'm turboin my avenger to 7psi and i was just wonderin if there is a heat problem before i put the front mount intercooler on.

@Red97Avenger Actually, I ran a test on my car, and the injectors start leaning out at 6psi. 8 is already going beyond the fuel system itself. So whoever says 8psi is safe is lying, haha. As long as he can "fool" the MAP sensor from seeing boost he should be ok for fuel cut. If he feels his car bog under boost the injectors are maxed out, and he'll be running lean..

@Red97Avenger Internally gated just causes boost spikes, which are no fun, lol. External has better boost control. SAFC isn't tuning if anyone thinks that, lmao. For a 420a-T I'd get MSnS if it is emission exempt. If not, then I'd go with HRC's portfueler.

@newyork2490 no because a GST has the 4g63 mitsu motor whereas the GS has the chrysler 420a motor... ppl will still turbo a GS and call it a GST but its not the same... also ppl will turbo the rs trim and call it a RST

yea u can i mean everyone says not too but i did anyway i put it at 10 lbs. its all about the tune though dont just slap a turbo on and go it takes time and make sure u do it the right way.

Haha, nice speedo, lol. Hope you got it fixed dude : By the way... 8psi you are not required to tune at all. And an AFC will not work that great, it's used to fine tune, and you're car won't pass emissions because it will always throw a code :P I found that out the hard way, lol. Just a word of advice is all for a fellow 2gnt gone turbo :D Happy Boosting!!
