what the difference between visual, oshare, and Angura kei??

Visual Kei is the "whole" visual movement, while Oshare Kei and Angura Kei are subdivisions of this style.

Angura Kei (or Underground Kei) goes for heavy dark makeup, traditional or discrete clothing (an example of Angura Kei Band: MUCC) while Oshare Kei is "happier" and colorful, with lots of acessories and stuff (example of band: An Cafe). ;3
