well done you have done great how much weight have you lost now need to put up some before and after pictures up for us to see. god bless
thank you i have lost 192 pounds by my scale I am getting my photos back on the 30th I hope and i'll put them up after that soon as i can. :0)

am from england can you tell me what MAINTENANCE is please
its where they teach you to maintain your weight where you are. to stay the same weight most people will gain around 10 pounds then stay there. hope this helps
