how do you use the big cannon? i have this, and one day i watched that video that comes up in the game if you dont press anything in the begining... then it showed the awesome cannon! i wanna use it to... T^T but i dont know how! someone help meeeeee!

@Animeluvr03 when you have a couple of red crosses on the touch screen keep the cannon button pressed. you can do the same with the walls.

There one knife place where it's locked and there's no knife coming out. Transmutate a rock, stand on it and jump up against the locked knife. a secret path shud open up.

Okay for those of you who regret buying this game, maybe it isn't meant to be a hard game. Some games are meant to be easier for beginning players. I got this when i got my DS at christmas time, and I found it quite enjoyable. You also should think about how much effort was put in to make this game. I don't think if you had worked for monthes on end, that you'd want people to be dissing your hard work. :/ Just some of my thoughts, k?

This game is to easy and too short, I love the series but, come on, I beat the game on normal and hard with all chars 26 times in 2 hours, christ, this isn't even worth playing for bonus content.

i have this game, i was disappointed with how quick i completed the story mode, took me no longer than 4 hours =/.

On hard its a little more tricky though.... took me a little longer.

@naruto111145 You can use the big cannon by holding the alchemy button (but you need a lot of those red things).This also works with the shield alchemy and other characters (though each can only use their own super alchemy attack).

@naruto111145 You need a lot of the red things. And just hold it there until it seems like the cannon can't hold anymore. let go, you'll see a small scene of ed doing the move and then that's it! Same for all the other characters. Just need a lot of red thingies. I have this game! I love it

i have ed,alphonse,armstrong,mustang,­scar,and izumi's alchemy thing but how do you get the black on and dark purple one after izumi's?

in character mode with mustang or alphonse, on the third level (the one AFTER the train level)

right at the start there are 2 traps, big blades that come out of the wall. the second one of those you see doesn't work (if your al or mustang) keep going up so your pressing against the trap and you will go into a room. Theres a sparkle, pick it up and go out and it will tell you which book you got, with Al it's dark purple book, which heals you, mustang it's grey, which adds explosions to your atk

I think it got such a bad review because of its difficulty. Game players usually play more sophisticated and difficult stuff. This DS game's just....well you can beat lots of modes in one day. It doesn't take a lot of time.

To defeat Pride use scar's alchemy and when he lands hit him then quickly use alchemy

oh, about the fish... u gotta move side ways. the bushes hide u from the masked man, but if ur between the bushes and he sees u he will wack u on te head lol! to call Al to u, ya gotta press th horn at the top of the screen. But the masked man can get Al too so u gotta be careful.
