It's "says you". It's a well doccumented misconception that people mistake Donald's incomprehensible speech for the F word.
It does SOUND like the F word though.

No. You gotta listen carefully to what Donald says most of the time as I do. He definitely said "Says you." You can mostly tell because the spring responded "Says I."
