Well that poor guy came to get his sister's card from the institute while he was getting his sister's card in-mean time he was chatting with one of her cousion and all the sudden these culprits(jamiat) personnals which technically came from small part of the brutal villages caught him talking to her because it's pretty much considered to be against their rules and regulations.
