Best striker of the decade along with Ronaldo9. He may not have the same decisiveness as he did before & you can tell hes well into his thirties cuz his pace & awareness has dropped considerably yet hes still class, handball or not. Many ppl criticize his average performances these days but his game in the past revolved basically around his pace. Players like Messi & CR will downgrade once they hit their thirties also, lack of speed changes everything. Unless you have Zidane ballhandling skills.

@thrilla72 Well first off, CR will never win the world cup. That already sets him apart from the greats. He had the chance in a good Portugal side in 06 and he lost... to Zidane. Not to mention he lost Euro 04 on home soil. Players are judged much more on their International accomplishments, it defines how they handle the most pressure. To this day Henry is still considered the best import in the PL and for CR to be compared to Zidane's class would be an insult to Zizou.

In the World Cup it was CR vs the entire Spanish defence and he was working them. But I guess even I prefer Zidane as he seems respectable. Riquelme was deployed on the flanks when at Barca and Van Gaal regarded him as a political signing.
