  • i would never clean a pike in my kitchen, you did a decent job deboning, although i still think i was taught the ultimate way by a native guide in northern saskatchewan. I will make a video this spring

  • whenever you do any work on the fillet the skin should still be attached. until your done deboneing

  • MAN! Y don't just fish for some better type of fish?? Like speckledtrout,lemonfish,redsna­pper,amberjack or flounder!! LOL These type are much easier to clean!!

  • Speckled trout are uncommon is Saskatchewan, existing in only a few select stocked waters. As for the other species, Saskatchewan in landlocked.
