Child care sucks. It should all be set up at the company so the parent does not have to fight traffic after work to go get the kid. Every company should have a day care on site to minimize the stress to the parent and the family.
@MrAppleseed88 I wouldn't trust the people I work for to watch my kid. They are all too busy having a gossip time or hiding in the bathroom but you do have a great point.
