i dunno why but when im doing black and white its make my blue eyes get red...

is " desaturate" is like "black and white " cuz i couldnt find the black and white...

another way to get this effect is to create a adjustment layer of your black and white then on that adjustment layer just erase what you want in color. so simple and fast. but either witch way you do this is correct. this is a good tutorial.
