Uh, violin is annoying here. I think people are criticizing here because they're probably accustomed to a more traditional madrigal sound than anything else, as am I. Your choir is obviously not traditional so, it's pretty good.

I sang this with my middle school choir. It makes me kinda sad because my old director recently died. He taught me everything I know about choral music though, so I'm gonna make the most of that and stick to it throughout high school, as well.
