@ueffect nono, It is precisely the difference =) Budweisser is US Beer and Budvar is Czech original beer with a long tradition, which originated in the Middle Ages, because the litigation dragged on the label, should it be an allusion to U.S. copy =)

@vintason "Budvar is greater than Budweiser" was all I meant to say ;)

no need to school me in this matter since:

1) I am originally Czech

2) I drink only Czechvar (that's how they call Budvar in North America)

3) I think US Budweiser is so bad that it should not even be called a beer and

4) I have no respect for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in this matter
