There are different degrees of it, but it's still used. Gaga can say all she wants about not really using it on Born this way, but believe me, someone at some point, maybe even when Gaga was out of the room, put auto-tune on the song. Just because someone says it doesn't make it true.

I don't know if Lady Gaga had memorized the original chords for the song, but she also changed the first few chords of the chorus and the bridge. I'm perfectly ok with chord substitutions and stuff, but Gaga's chord changes did not go well with her melody on top of those chords. The chord changes were also a bit inconsistent. The changes starting at 2:48, 3:27 and 3:48 can be ignored, but 4:41 to 4:45 and onwards is a mess. The changes in 3:41 and 3:54 are great, though.

Lady Gaga is a very unique and creative individual. She is like a chameleon. She can adapt to any style of music that was ever created and make it her own. Gaga has the ability that many musicians don't possess. I wish that there was a word that is more greater than the word "talented". @LordoftheJimmy Those are all amazing singers, I never said otherwise. Plus she does not rely on auto-tune. If she ever uses it, it is only as a tool to create a sound that complements the elctric sonics of certain songs. She even said in an interview that she didn't really use it on Born This Way as she wanted a more raw sound. Do more reseach next time.

@edvega91 Define "Didn't really use it"? I'm work a producer for a living. I can recognize auto-tune anytime I hear it, and it's on the majority of "Born this Way." There are different degrees of it, but it's still used. Gaga can say all she wants about not really using it on Born this way, but believe me, someone at some point, maybe even when Gaga was out of the room, put auto-tune on the song. Just because someone says it doesn't make it true.

I don't know if Lady Gaga had memorized the original chords for the song, but she also changed the first few chords of the chorus and the bridge. I'm perfectly ok with chord substitutions and stuff, but Gaga's chord changes did not go well with her melody on top of those chords. The chord changes were also a bit inconsistent. The changes starting at 2:48, 3:27 and 3:48 can be ignored, but 4:41 to 4:45 and onwards is a mess. The changes in 3:41 and 3:54 are great, though.
