16 bit didn't steal, Borgore officially let them do a remix of this song. They're even credited in his compilation album for it, and the original track is missing from that album aswell. All this talk about stealing... you can't steal nowdays, cuz you'll get sued, chances are, you'll get sued even if you don't steal, just cuz some1 saw a resemblance between your track and his... already seen this happen a couple a times these last few years :)
