The chances of somone's vote being the tie breaker for president is like 1 in 10 to the 1046th power, saw that satistic one time. So small it will never happen. Voting on anything at the ballot is just so small that it will make a difference. Something people don't like to face.
@ObamalsAFailure You said "you people are idiots. Your vote is verified against the voter number that you are issued in the voting district in which you voted."
Didn't you hear all the commotion and lawsuits about the machines that were tallying up the wrong number of votes? And the Electoral College votes to elect the president, NOT the citizens. It doesn't matter how you vote or even if you do at all, they don't do anything with them.
you guys just don't get it do yall>? who ever is president wont change a thing.. whatever is going to happen is going to happen regardless of what president there is.. president doesn't run the US, the people that we never see do, and that's a hand full.. The president is just a representative. When was the last time we had a great president?? NEVER!!! exactly my point. I got to admit though, I still love America but not the governments filthy secret ways.
I voted by absentee ballot. I am hoping that it will be counted. At least there is no easy way to change that vote. (Unless they throw it out.) Well, we shall see the results of this years election in a couple of days. My fingers are crossed and my prayers are offered up for Obama to win..
Peace~
Raine
PS. As far as not voting on election day, I would rather vote and hope it is counted as a vote for Obama, than not vote at all and just allow them to take over without any fight at all.
Free Press: "In Miami County, with 100% of the precincts reporting...Nov. 3, Bush had 20,807 votes (65.80%) & Kerry had 10,724 (33.92%). Miami reported 31,620 voters. Inexplicably, nearly 19,000 new ballots were added after all precincts reported, boosting Bush's vote to 33,039 (65.77%) to Kerry's 17,039 (33.92%). CASE is investigating why the % of the vote stayed exactly the same to three one-hundredths of a % point after nearly 19,000 new ballots were added." The Fight Will Continue.
I must add, Ron, that voting Does Matter. Consider the 2006 elections. If enough of a percentage of those rising up surpasses the programmed flipping of votes, it is still possible to override a certain coup. For instance, if most of the breached machines are set to flip the total in a negative 7% direction, while the turnout from the insurrectionists is +15%, it is still possible to achieve victory.

You know, with electronic voting...voting for Obama could be counted as a vote for McCain..that's why I'm not voting.
