@TheGersonferreira bro, those are the hazard lights, he has those on because he probably on a public road with other cars. At that speed 250km, he is moving way to fast for them to notice and if they change lanes he might hit them, so to avoid that he turns on the blinkers which is a quick way to let ppl know hes coming by fast, be ALERT AND GET OUT THE WAY!
