Betrayal has consequences, and despite the WL's need and desire to see mankind cowering in fear and ignorance, it was his betrayed pawn Garrett and the Master Builder's followers who killed him. If you're buying a pirated copy, why not just pirate it yourself for free? It doesn't make any sense to me.

Or even better, buy the game and support the studio. LGS produced some real good ones, but not enough sales were made and they went under.

If only LGS was around, THI4F would have a better logo...

Loved this game, bought the boxed set which had both 1 and 2, the gold edition I think. Loved how it was challenging and so very different than the other games at the time. Really looking forward to getting the 4th installment (in production)

Hey we just came out of a recession, give the guy some break. Hell, in 2001 when I played this game it was from a pirated CD and it worked splendidly ... moreover, i used this cool patch that let me get god mode like in Doom .... am i pissing you off yet, teacher? lol

yeah man. Some kids used to do a business of getting rare CDs(not new game was instantly available in Mississippi 2001) , making illegal copies of it and selling em at a low price. In the end they'd still make some profit. I think I paid three dollars(or less) for Thief Gold pirated.

Read the walkthrough around the internet: it's enough that you hide yourself in the dark gorges aside the main path. It's the easiest, instead! :-)
