I'm not a pro on the maximum heat the body can stand but, the torture of it just being at 120 could drive anyone insane. Fire was more than like in most of the areas. Stareways burning. To be out of the heat, the fire, the smoke and into the air where you could have those few seconds of freedom and stare into the sky instead of burning to death seems better.

I also wanted to point out that when the plains came in that it destroyed 3 of the four stairways of the towers and the elevators were inactive so it was VERY hard if not impossible for the people above the plain crash to eascpae. People below could use the stairs but, the ones above was stuck while the tons of fuel from the plain burned. This is your right as a American to express your opinion without being punished by law. Freedom of speech. Not all countries are kind on freedom of speech.

The people who had jumped was caught in the heat. Heat so strong that it melted the structure of the building which cause it to callaspe. I'm not a pro on the maximum heat the body can stand but, the torture of it just being at 120 could drive anyone insane. Fire was more than like in most of the areas. Stareways burning. To be out of the heat, the fire, the smoke and into the air where you could have those few seconds of freedom and stare into the sky instead of burning to death seems better.

They were TRAPPED in a fire rging at over 1000 degrees, one guy came out of the window on fire, smoke trailing from his body as he fell... the fire PUSHED them towards their only hope of gasping any air at all.. which was the windows... from there, the fire spread closer, closing them in and burning them as the "recoiled" from the intense heat they went out the window asshole.
