  • bad cadence or bike fit you are bouncing all over the place

  • what type of rollers are they? sounds pretty quiet, are they? i seen roller from 200$ to 800 i care about is quietness more than anything

  • many of the rollers are quiet i find that most of the sound comes from the wheels/tire and chain

  • I think I'd kill myself doing that...

  • pretty gay

  • mate you are shite- lose some weight!

  • He's way cute! Dare you to put a picture of yourself online without a shirt.

  • You guys are stupid if you think rollers do not provide an excellent workout. You have obviously not even been on a set before.

  • lol, i learned a couple days ago. I must say, thats pretty good for only 5 minuites of learning. Though then again, i have downtube shifters, so its pretty sketchy changing gears.

    Nice Job!

  • is that an Orbea Mitis frame 2004 model

the bike looks exactly like mine except for maybe some areas of it, nice bike though anyways

  • whats better, rollers or trainers ?

  • I never seen a roller that also moved the front wheel.

  • Then don't watch! And it's not a stationary bike, by the way...

  • you are quite rubbish

  • Haha, rubbish, what a funny word. The guy is spinning too slow anyway, killing his knees.

  • you obviously haven't ridden on rollers like these. it is quite difficult to keep your balance.

  • Rollers are much more enjoyable than a trainer as they require a great deal of balance and actually involve you in riding the bike. As to resistance, they have and adjustable drag on the rear rollers. They are also more difficult in that you can't stop pedaling without losing your balance and falling off, coasting is not allowed.

  • Rollers create a good stimulation exercise. Whats wrong with a little training before going out and experiencing the real thing? Besides, its not always possible to go out and ride. Rollers are hard enough without making things more complicated like adding a slant. For example, if you are struggling lifting 50pds, why try to lift 65? Get Gradually work your way up to more complex routines, like adjusting the roller layout.
