  • you can wash by adding warm distiled water and draining it off

  • Washing it doesn't have anything to do with how clean the initial oil was. It is done to remove any residual methanol still remaining within the bio-diesel. LOL

  • Awesome video!! Better than other WVO videos. Great presentation. Will use it to inform others

  • im pretty sure the dark stuff on the bottom was the glycerol, but he suggested composting it. i think glycerol is flammable

so why not burn it in an oil furnace for heat

    he is not so smart.

  • Good Idea, but here's a reminder: if greenland and antartica melts down, our world will change, example: shanghai could be completely flooded, the philipines won't exist (but some high parts will still be standing) new york will be flooded beijing will also flood by a long shot. so please, do your part THE WORLD IS BEGGING YOU

  • yes boys and girls be sure to get that permit and pay the fuel tax or you could go to jail for tax evasion because its a crime not really created by you, but a crime created by politicians you voted for.

so be sure to make only legal biodiesel

and not that kind made by politicians

and voters. oh wait was that the legal kind, now im confused.

  • they might melt, but dont you really think its the sunlight, i mean really ,mars ice caps are going away also in my lifetime,

so are you going to swallow that shit sandwich your feed so long as it has a slice of cheese on it.

  • P.S. some people like to add detergents or repeat the process a number of times to get a supposed "cleaner" result or in your case "lighter color." There are additional factors.

  • It is funny that they can't make a proper montage scene, but what can I say I don't think it was filmed in hollywood... anyway the process works, although not yet perfect, it works...you should give it a shot and learn when to comment on biochemistry versus filmography....lol

  • add water in it. some things dissolve in water but not in oil. so when you add water, residue dissolves, you heat it all up, the water starts vaporizing and with all the residue, done. the oil stays clean.

  • why heat it all up just drain the water off the bottom with the crud

  • how would you wash it?

  • I don't understand it myself. But I talked to a buddy of mine that actually does this stuff. He says he just filters them a couple of time, however there are "detergents" out there that you can use as an additive.
