Hmm, now I have to go choose Switzerland as next holiday destination: there's no other way to get my hands on an Eeebox EB1501-B0367, the one model that has Blu-ray. Swiss online shops that sell it, don't ship abroad. Crazy situation and poor marketing of Asus !

Take off vista and put xp on, and it will be decent, it doesn't even meet the system requirements for Vista

It can handle Vista or 7 perfectly. If you want to see what this computer can do, look for videos of people playing games on the Eee pc 1201n. The 1501 and the 1201n have the exact same specs. There's a kid playing Mass Effect 2 on one without a hitch.

It's a dual core Atom AND has the new Nvidia Ion gpu. Depending on the model, they go between $300 and $400, sometimes a little more.

Hey, sorry about the wait, I didn't see your comment. They are available in the US. Just Google EeeBox PC EB1012 and EeeBox PC EB1501. The only difference between the two is that the 1501 has a disk drive. You can find them on Amazon, Newegg, Tiger Direct, and a ton of other tech shops.

@1doublecheeseburger I installed vista ultimate 64 bit on my Eee PC 1201N netbook and ran good! I have yet have any problems with vista and any PC! I'm running vista ultimate 32 bit rite now on a Dell Dimension 4600 with DDR 333Mhz 512MB - CPU P4 single core 1MB cach 2.8Ghz - GeForce FX 5200 - HDD 80GB IDE 66

for elikemc2 the eee box b206 is very hold.. this box is aggiorned in all..processor.. cpu.. all.. is very nice... and good for a multimedia use..navigation on web.. listen music.. watch film in hd..video..

it is very very very slow

boot 5-7 minutes and open a youtube video in ie about 40-50 seconds !!!
