I think this is meant to be a joke. There's no way this is real. For one, that's a blade grinder. That's the worst grinder even for making regular coffee with. Two, that "espresso machine" is a steam powered machine. Actual espresso machines are pump driven. Also, that's the worse looking espresso I've ever seen. I would also punch you in the dick if you tried serving that to me. I'd punch your wife in the dick too.

espresso is like a really concentrated coffee, it's really strong, that's why espresso cups are usually smaller. And the beans are different. you can't use regular coffee beans in an espresso machine.
