I am not stupid by any stretch of the imagination, but this one was a pain for me. The first clue was killing me. How did you interpret the clues to give you the first location? I was looking for shacks (simple place, shield from draft) with dwemer mines to the south of them (toil makes me think mining). But the northern haunted shore was way too vague and in the end there is NOTHING dwemer south of the first location. A ruin is shack-ish, so I can see where that made seance. what did I miss?

How much mana do you need to cast those spells?

@Gazkhuul Get to lvl 80 enhancing get some of the perks called Corpus enhancer and the first basic perk that improves enhancements then get a good enhancing potion (20% will do) then get 4 grand soulgems filled with grand soul now comes the tricky part you have to enhance those 4 thing before 60 seconds if you only have one potion (choose wiseley which armour you want takes a long whule to do it again) you need a HELMET a RING a NECKLACE and ARMOUR then equip it and you cast spells for free.

You do have to be lvl 100 destruction you get the quest then I've done but you need a really high magicka to use the spells.

Quick ways, basicly.

I have one good boost in destruction. "Join the dark brotherhood, then use the horse you get, as a target. So shoot spells at the horse. It won't die and it won't attack you. Keep doing that till you got 100 :)

@beqqus Shadowmere can die! Also get 3-4 clothing with reduction to 100% so it won't use mana at all but you will still use wait for dest. so shadow can regenerate full health.

@beqqus "it wont die" is bs, I've killed Shadowmere multiple times on xbox version. for alteration/illusion/conjuratio­n/restoration you can cast targeted/on-touch spells at Shadowmere to boost those skills up, same way you did with destruction...

@beqqus Alteration: use detect life until you can use telekinesis then use that.

Illusion: Use muffle.

Conjuration: Go near a lake where there is a slaughterfish, but don't go in it so he won't attack and use bound sword. Or just use soul trap on dead bodies (Pretty quick too)

Restoration: ???? (It's a bitch to train, really.)

Because i enchanted 4 items with Grand Soul Gems (Grand Soul)

And Made them cost 25% Less Magic for Destruction and Restoration skills.

= 100% = No magic.

Profit.

I went out and picked up the game guide so I can complete everything.

It clearly states that you can start all master spell quests at level 90.

I didn't cheat to get my stuff.

I played 72 hours in the first 4 days of the game launch. And I got 100 destruction on the 3rd day lol. Just have to use it every chance you get, I literally didn't use a sword or bow, just magic.

Yes its confirmed you can start the quest at level 90.

You just need to do the mages guild line quest. Complete the chain and it unlocks the option to talk to her about master level destruction spells.

With all my total bonuses I have about 250% mana regen. Its all in the gear you wear. If you went mage i'd suggest getting to the College of Winterhold as fast as you possibly can, youre going to want the Archmage robes :)

Same for you, the College of Winterhold is the main magical center. You can get every type of spell there. Or, you can get spells from the main cities. Inside their halls(Where the town leaders are) each city has one mage. Just talk to them for spells.

Mana regen sucks. I have enchanted lesser cost for destruction on heavy armor and have it at 100%. That means I have 0 magicka cost for everything.
