I have severe rotator cuff injury and was told by a deep tissue therapist the cracking sound is merely the corpuscles exuding air locks. I have no need to doubt him. I don't go to him any more because his therapy wasn't working for me. I've been through 'trigger point', the works. But when I hear that cracking sound whilst exercising my own physio, I don't concern myself with it and no harm done.
if your shoulder joint cracks. try working on finding some stiffness. you may not have a full range that will signal that you need to stretch out and reclaim your range.
pops, crepitations & snapping noises, etc can be a sign of shoulder pathology so make sure you visit a physiotherapist or a Dr. cuz some damages to the shoulder are not totally reversable & may eve cuz further injuries, specially if the pop is due to rubbing structures against each other & if you feel any pain during movements,so be very careful
@mustangsdiehard1fan well,I have cracking sound in my shoulder myself, but no complaint & it still doesn't mean than I won't have complains in the future, cracking and crepitiations means there is a friction of the bones over each other.in severe cases patient can even sub-luxate his/her shoulder after cracking.if you feel cracking sound in your shoulder try to avoid movements that causes the cracking.Taking Glucosamine tablets also helps a lot,if the cracking sound is caused by bony friction.
@GOLSHANCLUB It actually happens in both shoulder joints,I mean that doesn't mean that I need surgery. There is no pain at all when I'm doing it,so that's the good thing, right? It's been going on since I was 7 years old, that was in 1999 it started doing that so.
@mustangsdiehard1fan That's not a good thing that your hear noises in your both shoulders, but as long as it doesn't hurt or you don't have any functional limitations it's okay, you don't need to be worried about it !

My shoulder joints pop a lot when I lift weighs and I'm using correct forms. Should I ignore them and continue with my workout?

I would consult a doctor before continuing to make sure you are not doing any damage
