Well, to be honest, a BMW M5 is rated at 500 bhp, the E63 at 507hp... And this specific E63 has been dynod at about 520 bhp (accounting for drivetrain loss). :)

The steering pump wont last long on a merc if you keep doin that and also 1st gear can be a bitch (think im missin teeth in 1st)

Also, you can put the car in 'dyno mode' yourself using the buttons on the steering wheel, which completely turns off traction control and ABS.

actually, to be honest (not trying to piss anyone off here) i wouldn't be surprised if the car shut down like the s65 amg from the fifth gear episode...cause i do know that you can't completely turn off the traction control in mercedes....and the brakes overheat trying to control the torque alone...and possibly other factors...but cool vid otherwise :)
