  • "I fear, we have only awoken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

    - Admiral Yamamoto

  • Wonderful cinema!!!

  • Tora Tora Tora was a great movie. The movie "Pearl Harbor" Sucked big time!

  • This movie was on the Military Channel last week. They deleted so many scenes! Also, they completely cut out the dog fight with the two P40's and the Zeros!

  • "Pearl Harbor" was 'ok'. especially the special effects. But it was more of a 'chick flick' with all the drama. Even though it showed history from a certain perspective, "Tora, Tora, Tora", I think, was the most accurate depiction. I think we (USA) need more "Cordell Hull's" in our government. He appeared to be a real "statesman" and a guy that 'don't take no shit'.

  • check out, Cordel Hull, there must be several videos on youtube, besides websites.

  • these lyrics are so true

I miss you more then Michael Bay missed the markWhen he made Pearl Harbor

I miss you more than that movie missed the point And that's an awful lot girlAnd now, now you've gone awayAnd all I'm trying to say isPearl Harbor sucked, and I miss you

I need u like Ben Affleck needs acting school He was terrible in that film

I need u like Cuba Gooding needed a bigger part He's way better than Ben Affleck

And now all I can think about is your smile and that shitty movie to

  • this is my favorite world war two movie. my second's the longest day

  • Pearl Harbor (2001) is a complete flat-out joke-about piece of shit. This 70s film is a TRUE tribute to the attack and to those soldiers who lost their lives during it. Stick with it. And to those who have not seen 'Pearl Harbor', stay away from it and watch 'Tora Tora Tora'.

  • @n0hav0cyet16 It's sooooo great that somebody is on my side

  • If I had been either the Colonel or the Commander working on "Magic" I would have crapped my pants reading the 14th part of the message.

  • 70 years ago today 1908 pm 1308pm Ford Island time, Japanese aircraft carriers 200 miles nw of Hawaii preparing to launch am attack of The United States of America at Pearl Harbor.Almost 20 years before USAAC Gen. Billy Mitchell proved the aeroplane could sink a Battleship at sea. The airplane was about to take the lead in modern warfare. Lt Taylor and Lt Welch USAAC P-40s got in the air to go after the Bandits. RIP all serviceman who died 7 Dec 1941.

  • So ,when U.S.A. overthrew the goverment of Republic of Hawaii in 1893

and annexed the islands in 1898, USA remained a lawful, peaceful country.

When U.S.A. blew up one of her own ships in Havana Harbor in 1898,

in order to start a war with the weak but peaceful Spain ,in order to conquer

Cuba,Philippine,Puerto Rico and Guam, USA remained lawful and peaceful.

But, when Japan tryied to do the same with China ,USA stopped all the exports of fuels and other goods to Japan, because Japan was evil...

  • @OmicronLeonis I know man, America is a big bully but even so don't disrespect. I also think its stupid how they try to stop "evil" and think there right but they've done a bunch of crap and much worse.

  • @SimounAngel you miserable self absorbed punk... don't you dare bring up the atomic bombings...

  • @irish89055 You who speaks in such way, dares call me miserable Haha, quick to judge. But I dare, so spare me your crap will you.

  • @SimounAngel America is only a "bully" because from 1945 on the free world has relied on us defending them. We were everywhere the Soviet Union was. They collapsed, we didn't. Now, we're left dangling in the breeze, eroding from the inside waiting for China to fill the Soviet's place. Had Pearl Harbor not happened, Had Japan, Germany, and Italy NOT started the second world war, we would not be every nation on earth telling you how to do things.

  • @SWASDN I know that dumbass. ME? Haha I'm also american idiot, doesn't mean I support everything we did.

  • @SWASDN or maybe if you had got off your fat behinds before you did they would not have been a second world war, or communism spreading out of it

  • Comment removed

  • @OmicronLeonis Arguing over the past is pointless. The facts are the facts. But none of the instances you described hold a candle to what the Japanese did the Chinese, or the Koreans for that matter. And to correct you, we did blow up the USS Maine in Havana and neither did the Spanish nor did the Cubans. It was a boiler explosion.

  • @SWASDN Didn't

  • Japanese (House of Rothchild) Puppet Tojo was manipulated to attack the other House of Rothchild puppet Roosevelt to bring the U.S into the second world war to fight the German (House of Rothchild) puppet Adolph Hitler. Second world war was Engineered by the House of Rothchild and they will engineer the next world war if people don't wake fast. People should listen to public speaker and writer David Icke carefully to find out who is running things in the world.

  • @rohanmarkjay And David Icke has proof of this I hope? Or is he peddling more lies for his masters?

  • @theredraven Yes he has proof! However brain cell activity on your part does help.

  • @rohanmarkjay Really? Because I think he's a liar. I think he knows he's a liar too. I bet he likes the money the sheeple give him too.

  • Almost forgot thumbs up for Takeos victory music

  • Almost forgot thums up for Takeos victory music

  • I hated the movie Pearl Harbor because they continued the movie after the raid on Pearl Harbor. If your going to make a movie about Pearl harbor DONT CONTINUE ON save it for a sequel.

  • これはECOハイソと映画の一つであった場合に渡されますあるいはステFACTSの現実は、この危機のCOMを関連付けるのフィルムではない場合

  • lol the kates flying over a very 1940s car park. lol

  • Lucas had no idea how to do the movie, and they screwed it up. This was the best movie... Rosevelt knew the attack was coming ... he needed it to get in the war to save Britten ... he had no idea the attack would that bad ... his commanders misread the warnings, and it turned into a massive mess

  • Tora Tora Tora is a old Geisha game of Paper/Scissors/Rock but with Samurai/Old Women/Tiger(Tora)

    Samurai beats the Tiger

    Tiger beats the Old Woman

but the Old Woman beats the Samurai

  • @Thegus0 which me luck :)

  • One of the most finest crafted Japanese-American films I've ever watched. Brilliant acting from both sides and countries respectively; we'll never see these kind of films ever again, I can guarantee you that as we all become more Hollywood oreintated.

  • dive dive dive

  • best world war II movie ever made

  • Tiger Tiger Tiger!

  • the pearl harbor movie is a joke... no offense but its true.. i wish i can watch this movie

  • @12ock i loved the pearl harbor movie

  • @optimusmikey..... i just watch this friend recently...... and i tell you they tell about both side...... the pearl harbor movie....its to muchof a love story... i d say not good for a people like cause i want to know what really happened.,

  • @12ock still a good movie

  • @12ock I think my father has this movie... Either that, or we rented it when I was a child.

  • Indeed much better. We get to watch what we wanna know.

  • This was the first war movie I remember seeing as a kid. It was strange in the fact we (the Americans) were getting our ass handed to us during the whole movie. Really great movie, very balanced and it is not filled with propaganda. I'm sooo glad I own this on DVD.

  • @TideatMileHigh I'd like to buy this on DVD. Is there a best edition you'd recommend? It'd be nice to have the full music score on it. I think "Tora!" has one of my favorite musical scores of all time. Thanks.

  • 2:07あたりに

    アーミテージが映ってるな

  • I don't know much 'bout Japanese language. My understanding is that the lead pilot did not say "Tora! Tora! Tora!" He actually was saying two Japanese Kanji characters. More like, "Toh! Ra!, Toh! Ra! Toh Ra! " They were code for surprise has been achieved. It would be like an American pilot saying, "A! B! A! B! A! B!" Kanjis are like supplimental phonetic letters in Japanese.

  • Amazing. Even though the Imperial Navy struck the crucial blow at Pearl Harbor it was Her own Senior Commanders and even junior officers who warned against war with the U.S.

  • 4:28 is a REAL DANGEROUS stunt!!!!!!!!!!! OMG

  • @Leutwein

I am so glad that this movie and all documentaries (the latest Pearl Harbor) are available.

I was in the US Navy (Aviation) and the Army is my hero also. US ARMY. Yes, the Navy did a lot, retaliation after Pearl, Doolittle Raid and of course Europe.

Sorry USAF, I was in the real Air Force, called the Navy. Here's a clue, Top Gun, 1st American in Space, Shepherd, 1st American to Orbit, Glenn Dept of Navy, 1st on the Moon Armstrong, Navy. Navy and Army are the leaders :-)

  • @bobbycv64 don't forget the Marine Corps

  • @Leutwein

Actually, the P-40 in that scene was remote controlled....it was supposed to have passed those extras in the shot and then explode. However, the left tire blew and sent it out of control.........that guy on the ground is really scrambling for his life ! Amazingly, no one was seriously injured, but what was captured on film is literally stunning ! One of the best .

  • Actually, it was RCAF (Canadian) "Harvard" planes that stood in for the Zeros. They are the Canadian version of the Texan and are still flying today at airshows!

  • 1:33 que the modern cars :p great film, superb..as for Pearl Harbour all I can say why Ben?! why?! you made me want to Aichi your face.

  • its a true evergreen and so brilliant. I like the film very much even he is so old. And yes pearl harbor movie was like nothing to that film. I miss those war films wich such class

  • What is the art at the beginning of the video... I checked out the movie posters on the Internet and that isnt one of them. I would love to get my hands on that painting.

  • It is interesting to know that it was all American planes when they made this movie. modified T-6 Texan trainers for the Zero fighters and a combination of T-6 Texan and Vultee Valiant components for the Kate Torpedo Bombers!

  • tora tora tora

  • Tora ! Tora ! Tora !!!!!!

  • ...one of the best war movies, and classics of all time. Gawd, how I despise modern films. They are complete crap.

  • BanzaKAMIKAZEINTO AMERICAN BATTLESHIPS!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ah, AnCafeBest, I would just like you to know that the American's help out severely in China's defense against japan during WW2. In fact, one of the many reasons the Japanese wanted the Pacific Fleet gone was so that America wouldn't be able to help out. Look up WW2 Flying Tigers Squadron. You will learn so much.

  • i dont like war, is like cannibalism

  • One reason why it took almost 4 years for the USA to defeat Japan, was that the industry had to gear up to full production of military equipment.

Another reason was that the Japanese seldom gave up, but fought to the death. It's not easy to fight an enemy that has to be completely erased before you can move on.

But, as general Patton said: "Nobody has ever won a war by dying for his country. He has won by letting the other poor bastard die for HIS country..."

  • Another reason is that by presidential decree, the US concentrated on the European theatre. Additionally, the US was also supplying just about everyone else who was involved in the war.

  • lol maybe it was because the japanese had a enourmus pacific fleet?

  • Actually, Germany was seen as the greater threat. You'll note that, even though the US concentrated on Europe, Japan was eliminated within 3 months of Germany. Obviously, the Japanese pacific fleet wasn't nearly as strong as they thought.

  • elimanitet in three months?

    LOL!

The americans didn't win a fight before six months after Pearl harbor?

do you actually know anything about the pacific theatre!?

Did you know that the millitary men did get a big increase after 7. december 1941?

BECAUSE THEY HIRED BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO FIGHT AGAINST JAPAN!

    lol

what about all the pacific battles?

all the battle in china and asia?

The japanese navy had get many loses but they did have A LOT of more weapons!

  • Ok, your Google Translation is working well. I garuanteee you I know far more about that war than you. How big was the Japanese fleet in 1944? Hmmm? How about the US fleet? Japan was pretty much beaten in 1943. It's just that you guys didn't surrender and we had to whack you a little harder. After we got through with Germany that is, they were a tougher fight.

  • it obviously that you are a american...

    whack them!

The chinese army did a much better job against the japanese!

After what t\you are saying here I have hard for believe that you actually know anything about the war!

the american fleet was bigger yes...

but Japanese army was not near in the end!

The germans were totally destroyed but japan wasn't even near destroyed!

  • "The chinese army did a much better job against the japanese!"

Yep! They sure did! The Chinese were ven ready to invade Japan! Yep! Even with their rifles that blew up when someone fired them! Nanking, nor Peking was ever captured! The Chinese were just that good!

    P.S. You're an idiot.

  • sure but what can we do with so good rifles who comes from USA!

Because USA did give them weapons to fight against japan!

    You're an idiot!

End of discussion you are just to stupid to discuss anything with!

    damn american!

Fuck you and you're "superior" country!

  • Actually I was talking about the Hanyang 88, made, of course, in Chinese factories. Pardon, but when did China finally retake the capitol Beijing? Oh that's right... not until the Japanese surrender. Poor China. Needed foreign aid even well into the Mao era, especially after a few million were killed by Mao's incompetence.

  • maybe it was because of the strong japanese aircraft? or the huge japanese fleet?

not be such a dumbass as thinks america was superior!

Americas major battle was between japan vs america say another thing is stupid...

that can you easy see on how many men weapons, ships, etc they sent to war against japan instead germany etc...

in the attack on normandy they did send 200 000 soldiers

  • and in a battle against japan in okinawa they did send 550 thousand!

  • ill adimit japanesse had a better military in the first six months of the war after that the zero glory days were over after the hellcat came into production the japanesse fleet was decimated around 1943. after the battle of midway it was all american victory.

  • Relax there, Skippy. He was a comedian making a joke, not delivering a lecture on international relations.

  • Hmm...and US and Japan wasn´t even the "main event" of the evening. It was the everlasting struggle for dominance of Europe, it is still alive. it is a 2000 year old story, so much older than US vs Japan.

  • 何回見てもいいですね。前に投稿したらボロクソに評価されましたが。子供の時にテレビで放映してたのをテープレコーダーで録音してました。この映画のメッセージをわからないのではダメです。

  • I think the best part of strertenryu ran down some sailors leg!!!!

  • Hey powerskr , you snot nosed little punk by 1945 the US had built 31 Heavies (CVs); 10 Lights (CVLs) and 85 "Jeep" Carriers (CVEs) -- that's 125, read history -- go back to your bottle junior

    -- USN Retired

  • Japan did LOSE but their lifestyle has won and they have become world leaders while we have become world losers.SONY ,TOYOTA ,NEED I WRITE MORE.

  • Good point in some respects, but we are also at fault for buying those brands. We have Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and other american brands that could be bought, but some choose not to. No one has forced us to make the Japanese/German/Korean/etc.... brands so huge.

  • "Where are our primary targets? The American carriers? I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

  • Most movies today dont care about the realism of history they just want a quick buck. Point in case would be Pearl Harbor. And for the people who would try and insult the Japanese fighting style you're just jealous that they were willing to give up everything for what they bellieved. (While they may have gone over board in China.) there is no denying that the Japanese would have won the Pacific if the carriers had been at Pearl

  • I'm not sure about win, the British still had their carriers, but if they also launched the third wave at Pearl Harbor, then the Pacific fleets fuel would have been gone. So, I personally think that would have been far more catastrophic, though losing the carriers would have been almost as worse.

  • What an idiot statement. Before the attack Kimmel had a TOTAL of two carriers. By the end of the war the US had over 1,000 ships and nearly 100 carriers -- most built after PH. Even the guy who planned the attack -- Yamamoto -- knew that he could not fight the US more that 6-9 months after the attack. Read a little history before you make such moronic statements.

  • 100 carriers during WWII hahaha maybe you should read history

  • Are you for real? Did you foregt we fought another in Europe. The pacific was secondary. We crushed the Japs and our major effort was in Europe.

  • BANZAI! BANZAI! BANZAI!

  • Thank U

  • I was very sorry ! If this movie was directed by Kurosawa Akira, absolutely Academy Awards ! At first he was a directer of this ,but he could not finish because of trouble between the producer with many difference US and Japan. He was a perfectionist . We have never chance !

  • This and Midway. Awesome.

  • "We BOMB...PEARL HARBOUR!! (They never fuck with us again!!)" - Richard Pryor, on what the Japanese were thinking back in 1941

  • Tenno Showa, BANZAI !

  • This movie was so much better then the disgusting Pearl Harbor of recent years. They made the death of all those people at Pearl Harbor look like a video game.

  • I agree.

  • @VictorLepanto your so right

  • @VictorLepanto VERY TRUE.

This past April, I had the *priceless* experience of meeting three of the Doolittle Raiders at their 68th reunion. (They were kind enough to enscribe a book for me) I heard that they can't stand Alec Baldwin.

  • @kentamitchell: Very fortunate. Another GOOD movie was made about them also. It was about how they escaped in China after the raid. Spencer Tracy played Doolittle. As for Baldwin, any man who could talk to his own daughter that way, is beneath the lowest of humanity.

  • @VictorLepanto "Thirty Seconds over Tokyo"

  • @VictorLepanto I thoght that was it? Americas love video games with WW2 gloryfication!

  • @benutzer29915022 this is a movie with little glorification.... hmmm Germany declares on the US four days after Pearl Harbor.... Sore loser...

  • Pearl Harbour (the movie) was a joke. The fact that Jerry Bruckheimer couldn't be arsed to even try masking the presence of modern-day ships in the harbour location and used stock video of contemporary carrier battle groups in and of itself spoke to the sloppiness of this production. That the movie took horrible liberties with the actual history to render the battle just a backdrop to some drippy romance makes the joke an especially sick one. Stick with Tora, Tora, Tora —the superior movie.

  • @LordZontar: I just have to wonder, when did Hollywood forget how to tell a story. A real human story, w/ real motivatioins, emotions, people living in a morally meaningful world w/ real consequences for their actions? Loud explosions don't mean you don't have to have story to go w/ those explosions. If I wanted to see & hear a serious of explosions I'd wait for the 4th of July, alteast I see more pretty colors then.

  • @LordZontar 2001 movie Pearl Harbor was bad. There were scenes I absolutely loved, and scenes I absolutely loathed so I could never really get a feel for it.

I do not like Pearl Harbor not because it's a love story, but because it's a bad love story. I don't mind romance in my films. I just don't like it when they're badly done. And this was a badly done love story.

That's why TTT is the best war movies ever. It focused the buildup what led to the attack on Pearl Harbor, not some love story.

  • @LordZontar Exactly! I hated that cheesy movie. My Father took me to see Tora Tora Tora on the big screen when it was released in the 70's & It left a huge impression Me.........A truly epic battle Movie! & On the large screen It was spectacular!

  • @LordZontar well said Lord... No CGI in Tora, Tora, Tora, awesome movie, but too documentarylike for todays under 35 set... The only movie I stayed to watch again in theatre....make that at drive in...

  • @VictorLepanto

    Worse than a video game.

  • @VictorLepanto

A cheesy, inaccurate, overdone video game with a bad plot made by a bankrupt studio.

  • Great movie

  • Saw this at the Fox Theater in downtown San Diego in 1971. I was in the first grade, but it was the first time I'd seen a war picture where the United States wasn't sucessful,. which was why I'd rememebered it for so many years. One hell of a movie, and it actually got me into studying history. A masters in history later, I can thank this movie for providing the impetus to be something other than a cop.

  • I love this movie!

  • BANZAI!!!!!!

  • Great Movie! thanks for this compilation!!!

    Osu.

  • Amazing score! I love this! This movie was so well done from start to finish.

  • この映画は役作りも凝っていて、テロップで役名が表示されるけど、表示されなくても誰だかわかるくらいだと思います。

  • Where is this track available? I have the Patton/ToraToraTora soundtrack, but it apparently doesn't include this one.

    Thanks! Great music!

  • wow. Why are there random arguments all over youtube. Almost anywhere you go on youtube people get into arguments over something that doesn't have much to do with the video. Just enjoy the music

  • Amen. RIP Jerry Goldsmith

  • > civilians were killed at the slightest offense, women were

    > raped, children were brutally murdered

Perhaps, it is South Korea army dispatched to Vietnam.

    About Bataan

A Japanese soldier also is walking with soldier Britain in Bataan.

    And Japan was very poor.

Japan was not able to support the captive...orz

  • All politics aside, I think Goldsmith did a brilliant job with this score, don't you think?

  • Agreed!

  • US provoked Japanese Empire because US Government and bankers wanted to aqcuire more billions of dollars by any means. Only for profit, that's all. That's why, in spite that US received a lot of information from diferent sources, they just ignored all of them, to create an excuse to get into the war. There are a lot of proves that US Government, create all necessary conditions to get into this war by sacrificing thousands of american lives to fill Rockefeller's pockets.

  • Japan had NO resources of value to the USA. Everything Japan and America wanted was in the Asian main continent and Southeast Asia. There was nothing to gain economically by attacking Japan, until the Empire poked into Western interests.

  • japan's resources was NOT what bankers and other investers wanted. What they wanted was to get into the war, to offer all their "products": weapons, food and a lot of things more. That's why US government wanted war. FOR SIMPLE PROFIT. What do you say about all those laws to help wether to England, Europe and even Russia? American people were AGAINST war, so they use this attack as excuse tu convince their own people to get into the war. Read more about your own history. Regards.

  • The Federal treasury went into heavy debt from 1941-45 , without generating enough revenue to continue for much longer. War bonds were necessary to pay off Federal debt. Read more about it , instead of some type of capitalist conspiracy crap. Regards. :P

  • Wrong. FT went into heavy debt since their founding back in 1912. That's why they created the economic crack of '29 and even now, they are still creating debt throgout the world. These "men" generate profit from debt and war is the logical consecuence of it. Open your eyes, bro. You are about to face the consecuence of the actions of these "masters" from Wall Street. This is not "conspiracy", IT'S a FACT. Open your heart and your mind. THINK for yourself, not what CNN use to teach you. Bye

  • Conspiracy theory without foundation. If you can't cite a credible source or sources, you're simply making yourself look as fallible as your "facts". Bye.

  • There a lot of "foundations" and proves all over the web. YOU don't want to see it, that's the fact. SEARCH. Don't believe me, SEARCH. That's the basis of the whole truth, NOT by simple DENIAL and personal BLINDNESS. Of course, if you are rich or belong to that "elite", I am sorry, I can understand your point of view. Nobody is perfect. Bye.

  • Coincidentally, the Illuminati just asked for you. They know you're onto their scheme and are encircling your house as I type. The sky is falling , Chicken Little.

  • wow, a very mature and reasonable point of view. It's a privilege to see your brains working. Congratulations.

  • Ah yes , the Internet , an endless and totally unbiased fountain of "facts". Thank you for your "research".

  • Whatever, boy. Live in your "reality". Regards.

  • Oh, I do every day, with most of the world around me. Some people choose instead to live in a bubble and spin conspiracy theroies about everything, from the Lincoln assassination to the real ingredients in a Twinkie bar.

  • So you say.

  • Yes, I do say, while typing on the Internet which is provided by capitalist pigs on computers which are sold to further fuel The Greed Machine. you conspiracits are truly a joke because if you stood against The Man , you'd give up a life of comfort for a simple wigwam in the forest.

  • You got it!!! I am against the MAN. I'd give up a lifetime of comfort, if I can fight to acquire a neverending wellbeing for EVERYBODY. That's the struggle for some of us. A fight that you think is a dream, a "joke". I would rather live in a simple wigwam in the forest than a cold emptyness of materialist achievements. No, Bud. You keep seeking for MONEY, I will seek the end of all economical sistem, or at least I'll die trying it. I am a joker then.

  • Fantastic. Why not set an example by severing your internet connection right now and teach The Man a lesson. I for one choose progress.

  • Are you crazy? This is a weapon, bro. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. So... Bye, Bud.

  • The "weapon" simply fuels the banks accounts of those capitalist pigs. Break the cycle and stick it to 'em. Don't drive fossil fueled vehicles , become a vegan , make love not cyberspace.

  • Hahaha, I got it. At least I follow the last thing that you had mentioned. (From driving fossil fueled vehicles on) you are very funny, man. hahaha. ok, happy new year, Bud.

  • great clip and sound track, JAPAN forever!

  • maddingo u some jap freak? you know what those jap gooks do to countries that were conquered? civilians were killed at the slightest offense, women were raped, children were brutally murdered

  • The US placed a trade embargo on Japan, cut Japan off from american oil and supported the British and Chinese. That is what cause Pearl Harbor.

  • Big Big respect to you.

Nobody knows backgrounds behind this wars....why...coz Japan lost the war...

Well, War is a crap anyway...

  • I'm not condoning what either country did. But isn't the point of war to fight? Why do you think the Vikings and Mogo Warriors were so efficient, intelligent and masters at war? They knew that in war you have to be ruthless and bloodthirsty. Otherwise your are wasting everyone's time and getting your own killed needlessly. So if you want to call the Japanese Bloodthirsty, I call them efficent. Their miles ahead of us on a number of topics.

  • funny thing about how others are characterized as savages yet no country is truly innocent, all countries have spilled needless blood

  • I like this song! Wow, more useless debates. Must be YouTube!

  • Yes, Youtube. I'm going to:

    A. Disagree with anything you say.

    B. Insult your Mother.

    C. Correct your spelling.

    D. Call you a racist.

  • Wars are what makes history interesting.

  • Before I debate someone I think its imperative that they understand where they are and who they are talking to in the time/space continuum.

For the third time, I'm not Japanese.

Its obvious from your series of comments that your mind is made up on the matter. I like that 1950s propaganda. Sweet. Anyhoo, if you want the real deal on Japanese/USA relations leading up to Pearl Harbor I can send you a reading list.

'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Pearl Harbor' are not valid sources of information.
