Why do people insist on bashing the fucking game? Yeah it wasn't what you'd expect from the trailer, but that doesn't make it bad! That makes the trailer bad. The game may not be much in terms of story, and it's pretty buggy, but so what? It's fun! And that's actually the whole purpose of the medium. If a game is at least fun, then you cannot rightfully call it bad. Sure, you can still find faults, but calling it flat-out bad is a fallacy, because all it's meant to do is entertain.

The game mechanics favored the zombies in a way that made the game lopsided, it was buggy, the writing was terrible and the ending sucked. Nothing you did seemed to have any real effect, and many of the quests were downright insulting to the player's intelligence. How do you make a zombie game and make it so guns suck against them?
