2 Glitches in Metroid Prime 2

aahh i recently tried to replay the game. had lots of fun acing through the game.. didn't die once.. had to restart one time because i forgot to scan the boost guardian, other than that, it was all nice and dandy...

until i reached the spider guardian :<

i found one were wen u charge ur charg beam, it just keeps on firing rapidly by just holding it, it really helps, but idk how to start or end it...

probably an auto-controller.

a controller that you can set so whenever you hold down the A button, the auto thing kicks in and rapid fires the gun.

this happend to me too. and i have not moded or done anything to my gamecube at all. Still, on a diferent location. Torvos Bog i belive. Dont remember WHERE though.

If u commentors didnt notice, apparently the effects of the screw attack's invulnerability seemed to still work, as the rezbits didn't hurt him.

you can kill the rezbits with screw attack in one hit, and in that same room(not the gyro chamber) there is a wall you can go into a bit

Do you use AR? I hear that can mess things up sometimes. I've encountered some random glitches too, mostly in Prime 1. I think it's something wrong with the disk so the could be a problem there.

You used an AR, that messes around with the memory addresses, AR's fault, not the disk, therefore, not really a glitch.

Well im really NOT sure about that glitch because it really happened at random and i had a short moment to get my camera out so what i think happened is

1. i was trying to get the dark portal blast door to open by going to the bomb slot above

2. a rezbit hit me while i was using the track and i fell

3. then i was sideways

WHAT i shouldnt of done was screw attack since that seemed to fix the glitch and falling or morph ball whouldve fixxed it too
