I've got an '89 sedan 325i just like this fella. The 3.73lsd really helps keep the car composed through those sweeping tail out corner. My little 4dr is such a blast to drive! It's pure joy, no other car keeps my attention or makes me feel so in tune with what's happening as the rubber meets the road.

what motors in that car? is it bone stock? a guy is offering me a 87 325i inline 6 for my crotch rocket, and im not sure if its worth it, id love to drift tho.. always loved to, doesn't have lsd either in it right now.

food, parts, transportation, feul, more parts, TIRES!, labour, competition costs, parts...

i love drifting too i only drive 5 speed RWD cars, but i feel this sport would cost more than your income can handle.. thats why i wait until there is snow on the ground.

It can take quite a lot of money, but with the rate the sport keeps growing, so will the opportunities to make a career out of it (if someone would want to).

Absolutely. Theres plenty to do, but I managed to do pretty well with Ireland Engineering springs and Bilstein shocks for over a year on a completely stock, open diff e30. Most important thing is practice behind the wheel. =)

I have to say, that you have some skills behind the wheel. Nice car too. One thing I would like to criticize you on if you don't mind, is the exhaust. It's pretty ugly. Get something like supersprint, not something that was made for a japanese car ;].
