you have to understand....it's a television show....i wanted a tat from kat.....in order to do this, you have to be on the show....they make you come up with a story...not that my story wasn't true....but they definitely edit it and exaggerated it....ALOT!!!! i had no idea how the episode was going to turn out until i saw it almost a year after i had the tattoo done. I'm extremely pleased with the tattoo and Kat's work, but it is very very staged.....c'mon people it's a TV show.

I dont know if id say Kat sux. Shes very good at what she does, one of the best. One thing Ive noticed about the tattoos done on Miami Ink is all the heavy outlines. I dont see to many tattoos from that show that dont have a heavy black outline. I think they are all good but there are also some guys out there that are a heck of a lot better! IE: Bob Tyrrell, Shige, Paul Booth, Philip Leiu

yeah, its just script or in other words fancy cursive..... tattoo artist just create it.... you can find books on it to look at..... every artist puts their own twist on it so it never looks the same..... the greatest script on miami ink is chris garver..... no mistakes whatso ever, ive spoted mistakes in all the other artist on the show
