  • Beans, nuts, Omega 3 fats that are found in fish and fish oil, Spinach...eat these foods to have a better brain, and also drink Green tea or even one cup of fresh Coffee beans... no instant crap! You See, The stuff you put in your body effects the way you think. So if you put inferior foods into your body, you'll have a tired pooped out mind...if you put healthy foods into your body you will have a better brain. It's just that simple!!!
