and thn there were ppl from other airlines who were watching all this shit thy help us alot-they suggested us diff alternates-thy(AI) were so rude-thy shld hve a crash course in public relations on how to deal wth customers.i am living here in US and i nvr witnessed any sort of discrimination here but whn i deal wth my own ppl there's evry sort discrimination-and thn we talk abt indian values
AI sucks-every thng is bad abt AI. the cabin crew,ground ppl.evry body is a AH.I had a vry bad exp yesterday.i was on the standby & my name was first on the list.evn thn the AI manager in LX shyam rao-tht f***** AH demanded money to board the plane-thy allow other ppl(who were down below on the list) to board the plane-only because thy had some ref.typical bloody indian sys-thy didnt allow some passengers who had confirm tkts to sit because thy hve to adjust those ppl who had ref.
I can't say I'm surprised with AI, the food is good but the service on the ground is a bit dozy, and the interior is stuck in the 70's, get what you pay for for I guess : (

my expirence was like WHOA
