It sounds a little fuzzy because the cylinder is not in the best of conditions. I have no idea what kind of diaphragm is on the reproducer.

Thats a good record! I'm wondering, why does it sound kind of fuzzy? Is the diaphragm copper or mica? I have copper and mica diaphragms and I've realized that the mica sounds the best. Thats whats on my standard.
