i think that you made a brilliant observation, this idea passed through my mind alot of times. but it makes sense, if we never look into mirrors we have nothing to see wrong in ourselves, we would be forced to see ourselves by only the way we imagine ourselves to be, which is influenced by how we feel.

Your not shy its because the mouth has a more dramatic movement in the face, then the eyes, but you will always look up and the reason eyes r so distracting is because of the almost imaginary colors in them, thee are colors in your eye that no paint can replicate which our body seem fascinated to.. and that is what i don't understand

Well, I can't imagine that is why our looks are drawn to the eyes because of the colours. We have been seeing weird colours in nature for thousend of generations and we have been staring in eachothers eyes equally long. So I don't think that is the reason =P

this week's episode reminded me a lot of Alex Grey's Sacred Mirrors Exhibit here in NY, If you are Ever around here, i highly recommend stopping by there. The main room has a series of 13 or so painting and each painting is a life size portrait of a human going through all the phases of existence, from molecular to physical to spiritual and then to divine. etc... and they are life size because they are meant to be stood in front of, as if looking at your own reflection.
