folks, this about the things you don't see with paraplegie. Most of us don't have bladder control anymore as in this instance, but there is so much more. I find it hugely embarrassing when it happens to me, but a little understanding from those around me helps me to accept what I can't change.

I used to think poor guy sitting a wheelchair, can't use the legs anymore. It was only when I became 'para' that I'd understand the peripheral problems that paraplegic is. I've been sitting seven years.
