First of all, I've seen many indoor rails (not at a skatepark) that are just as chipped as outdoor rails. Normal wear and tear of rails happens over time reguardless of if they're being skated on or not. Also, skating with friends is far from antisocial. Creepily videotaping people without them knowing honwever, is antisocial.
